A carbon-carbon and carbon-heteroatom bond formation through transition metals is of great importance in organic synthesis. On the other hand, breaking up the C-C and C-X bond is also important.

Our research group works on the use of homogeneous and heterogeneous transition metal-catalyzed C-C and C-heteroatom cross-coupling reactions as well as in the decarbonylation reaction of the aldehydes.

In addition, our group is also interested in studying the application of the principles of green chemistry in organometallic chemistry.
