Stefan Simić is a PhD student at the University of Belgrade – Faculty of Chemistry. He obtained his BSc at the University of Belgrade, and his MSc at The Institute of Chemical Research of Catalonia (Tarragona, Spain), in the group of Prof. Miquel Pericàs. Stefan's research efforts are motivated by the fascination with nature's synthetic know-how and his current research topic is centered around devising creative biocatalytic routes for the sustainable production of valuable chemicals.
